That intellectual 'oh' moment when the light bulb turns on and illumination occurs leads to a calmness on my emotional front and clarity leads to me being supportive of myself once again. Why I forget from one year to the next now that is something I am going to have to work on!

Do you have a emotional self care routine?
If you have answered no, then I would encourage you to implement one for yourself; of course following the principles of KISS- keep it simple silly.
We, especially the females, are often discouraged to have a emotional self care plan and are often accused of being selfish or a 'bitch' if we attempt to put ourselves first. My thought is that how can we truly be available to the others in our life's if we continually drain ourselves?
So I am again on my own self care routine, checking in on how I feel and why I am feeling that way.
