If you have practised meditation/yoga or breathe work, you know how effective any of these techniques can be to help you stay calm and focused. For those who lead busy life's the tools you learn can be applied within short time frames and with meditation and breathe work do not require you to be physically fit.
With all of us seemly to be leading busier life's and with increased stresses I would encourage you to take the time to learn and apply some of the techniques from these practises because you will find that you will get great benefits in your NOW from doing so. It has never been easier to learn than now, with the internet and many practitioners available in most places, plus books and C.D.'s. There is an avenue available for everyone.
