I have learnt that for me, keeping my goals in focus is really important and also establishing a routine around those goals is vital for me to achieve any of my goals.
I have a day planner and a journey that I keep on my coffee table and as I have my breakfast and coffee I see what I have written down for that day and I decide how to achieve that days goals.
For me have really small goals broken into steps if need be works. I need to micro manage myself as I loose focus if I don`t. I also give myself a reward system as I travel down my goal path to keep both my focus but also to reward myself for my successes along the way. Learning to celebrate the small is really important to keeping a positive mindset around long term goals.
I also place affirmations and quotes that motivate me around my home, in areas that I have to pay attention to them and so they also remind me to keep on track and to keep a positive inner dialog going.
If you want to achieve your goals YOU need to be invested in how that looks like for YOU.
You need to know what you will respond to and as importantly what you will NOT respond too.
Ask yourself an important question ``What does in mean for you to achieve your goal``
Find the passion for yourself and for your successes other wise you will not either start or maintain your wish lsit of goals. They will forever be wishes.
Take the beginning of this week to refocus if you need to and reinvest in YOU.
You can do it.
