I find that I am successful short term and also on surface issues
but with those deeper issues unless I become hyper vigilante they keep returning.
I have tried hypnosis and tapping, visualization and affirmations. All of these methods produce some success but......
Maybe I just need to move into acceptance that I am
who I am and let go of all of the fear and drama around my perceived foibles!
Laughing at myself and the merry go round of my emotional body/mind
