So ask yourself "What little quirks do you have that stop you from moving in the direction you wish too?"
We all have our stuff and allow it to disrupt our life's, the lesson we need to learn from these quirks is to not allow them to be in control of our behaviours if they are working against our long term goals.
I can hear you all now, ' yeah she makes it sound easy', so no I don't think it is easy but I also do not think it is hard, I believe it need focus.
1. Focus in on your behaviours
2. Write down the top 3 that are positive behaviours
3. Write down the top 3 that are negative behaviours
4. Write down the top 3 that are your blocks to achieving your goals
are they the same as your negative behaviours?
5. What is your process?
We all have a list of behaviours that we incorporate daily into maintaining both our positive and our negative habits, what we need to do is become aware of them.
How can we change our behaviour if we are seemly unaware of them? We cannot.
Once you are aware of your positive behaviours see if you can then incorporate them into changing your negative and blocking behaviours.
Is this immediate NO, it takes time and practice and an inner need and want to create these changes.
Take it slow, do not bundle your behaviours together, work on one at a time and walk the path to success for yourself.
Remember if you do not think you are important then why would you expect others to treat you like you are important?
