Change is the push we all need to become aware of both the 'things' that we are holding onto that maybe holding us back and also the opportunities we are seeking that our 'fears' may have blocked us from reaching.
This is a ideal time to look at our goals we set for ourselves in January and with gentleness focus on a few of them and intensify those for the next month or so until we feel success within our heart and minds, and that success will fuel us on to then add in other goals.
Creating a change especially in long established behaviours can be difficult to achieve but remanding mindful and going forward with gentleness for self will create the 'new' you wish to become.
Meditate on your direction because having that inner peace gives you focus on what really matters to you.
