1. Breathe deeply and clear out the mind fog
2. To look and see and appreciate where we are at in the moment.
3. To not wallow in the belief that everyone else has it better because of any limiting thought that may show up.
4. To be free to know that I will make mistakes and maybe not even start and that it is just fine
because really every day that we wake up is a clean slate and we can write our story on it and allow that to become our new history.
We set up our limits by what we believe about ourselves and how attached we are to our history. The story lines we play out in our conscious and certainly our subconscious brains.
We can choose at any time to free up our emotional and physical energetic bodies and release our past.
We can do that either by working on yourself or working with a practitioner who will aide you in your journey. For some it can be an easy process and for others a longer path but if you do not start on acknowledging your blocks then do not expect change to occur.
I have an issue with many of the books out there that suggest you just need to visualise without then doing any other work to either heal or create a new pathway for whatever it is that you are wishing to achieve.
I believe in the power of visualisation BUT it has to be part of what you are creating to achieve.
As we step into a new year I would encourage you to take a look back at your year and to state your gratitude's for all of the good that has occurred and even those events that may not have been great but that you made it through, I would also express my gratitude. Then I would ask that you think of 3 things you want to work on or achieve in the new year and then create a plan of action that you will be ready to implement in January.
A ending and a new beginning -we are blessed to have those daily. Remember that when things feel heavy or overwhelming.
My blessings and love to you all and Happy New Year,
